How does escrow work?

Your money is held by ehsaan until you approve the parcel. If you neither approve it nor report a problem within the window shown on the order, the order is treated as approved.

What if I don't receive my item?

Open the order and tap Report a problem. ehsaan looks at what both sides send and decides whether the money goes back to you or on to the seller.

Can I return an item?

If the item is not as described, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are up to the seller.

How do I make an offer?

Tap Make offer on a listing that takes offers. The seller can accept, decline or counter. Once an offer is accepted, you pay the agreed price before the offer runs out.

How do I list items?

Tap the plus in the bottom bar. Add clear photos, a title, price and condition. Your listing goes live when you publish it.

How do I get paid?

The buyer approves the parcel, and 48 hours later the money is released to your ehsaan wallet, unless they report a problem in that time. It waits there for 72 hours, then you can ask to withdraw it to your bank account.

What are the fees?

Listing is free. ehsaan takes its charge only when a piece sells. You see exactly what you will receive before you publish, and the buyer sees their total before paying.

How do I ship items?

Once an order is confirmed, pack it well and ship promptly. Add the tracking number on the order screen so the buyer can follow it.

How do I top up my wallet?

Go to Wallet, then Top up, and enter the amount. When Card is shown, you can pay by debit card, credit card or Alfa Wallet on Bank Alfalah's page, and the money is added as soon as the payment clears. You can also send the amount by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa and enter the transaction ID; our team confirms the transfer and credits your wallet.

How long do withdrawals take?

Every withdrawal is reviewed by ehsaan before it is sent. Timing and any minimum are shown on the Withdraw screen.

Is my data safe?

Your phone number, email, CNIC and bank details are never shown to other members. Only you and ehsaan's team can see them.

How do sellers get verified?

Verification is optional. A seller uploads their CNIC and our team reviews it. Verified sellers get a badge on their profile.

What if I'm scammed?

Report a problem on the order before you approve the parcel. While ehsaan still holds the money, it can go back to you instead of on to the seller.
