how delivery works on ehsaan.

Who delivers ehsaan orders?

ehsaan runs its own pickup and delivery service, starting in Karachi. Once an order is confirmed, a rider collects the parcel from the seller and takes it to the buyer.

How much does delivery cost?

A flat Rs. 320 per order, paid by the buyer at checkout. The buyer sees it in their total before paying, and the seller pays nothing for delivery. Every fee is on the pricing page.

What does the seller do?

Pack the piece well and have it ready when the rider comes. You can follow the pickup on the order screen.

If you send a parcel yourself, add the rider's name and the tracking number on the order screen so the buyer can follow it.

What does the buyer do?

Follow the delivery on the order screen. When the rider arrives, give them the handover code shown on your order, so the parcel is marked as delivered to the right person.

Then check the parcel. Approve it if it is what you bought, or report a problem within 48 hours of delivery if it is not.

What if the parcel does not arrive?

Open the order and tap Report a problem. Your money is held by ehsaan until you approve the parcel. ehsaan looks at what both sides send and decides whether the money goes back to you or on to the seller.
